For the Windows version, download the zip file, unzip it, and run the .exe file.

For the Mac OS version, download the zip file, unzip it, and run the application. If an error appears warning you that "The application ... cannot be opened," then you may need to go into the terminal, change your working directory to the directory in which you downloaded the application, and run the following: chmod +x <download_name_here>/Contents/MacOS/<download_name_here> or something similar. If an error appears warning you about "unverified developer" or likewise, cancel and try to reopen the app by right-clicking on the file and selecting Open. This should prompt a dialogue that confirms you want to open the application, upon which clicking Open again should open the app.
